Executive Chef Oscar Moreno is the mind and spirit behind MeXo. Oscar grew up in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where food and drink plays a vital role in the home and other parts of life. His passion for food led him to make a career out of it, sharpening his skills alongside chefs from around the globe. Great bar and restaurant. Only went there for drinks so can't comment on food. They have a nice selection of Mezcal as well as Tequila. The bartenders were super friendly and knowledgeable of their drinks. Highly recommend

Love this place. It’s a vegan gem. The sikil p’aak (pumpkin seed dip) is delicious. Their pre-hispanic dinner series is SO fun! It’s the perfect date night spot. Staff are friendly and attentive.
