Executive Chef Oscar Moreno is the mind and spirit behind MeXo. Oscar grew up in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where food and drink plays an essential role in the home and other aspects of life. His love of food inspired him to make a career out of it, working with chefs from various parts of the globe. Now, he is honored to give diners at MeXo a sophisticated, memorable taste of his native country and its signature dishes.Our Mission

Caledonia (; Latin: Calēdonia [kaleːˈdonia]) was the Latin name used by the Roman Empire to refer to the part of Great Britain (Latin: Britannia) that lies north of the River Forth, which includes most of the land area of Scotland. Today, it is used as a romantic or poetic name for all of Scotland. During the Roman Empire's occupation of Scotland, the area they called Caledonia was physically separated from the rest of the island by the Antonine Wall. The Romans several times invaded and occupied it, but unlike the rest of the island, it remained outside the administration of Roman Britain.
Great bar and restaurant. Only went there for drinks so can't comment on food. They have a nice selection of Mezcal as well as Tequila. The bartenders were super friendly and knowledgeable of their drinks. Highly recommend

Love this place. It’s a vegan gem. The sikil p’aak (pumpkin seed dip) is delicious. Their pre-hispanic dinner series is SO fun! It’s the perfect date night spot. Staff are friendly and attentive.
