Executive Chef Oscar Moreno is the mind and spirit of MeXo. Oscar was raised in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where food plays an essential part in the home and other parts of life. His love of food inspired him to create a career around it, sharpening his skills with chefs from around the globe. Vermontville is a village in Eaton County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 759 at the 2010 census. It is located within Vermontville Township. Vermontville is home to the original maple syrup festival in Michigan, held the last full weekend in April.
Great bar and restaurant. Only went there for drinks so can't comment on food. They have a nice selection of Mezcal as well as Tequila. The bartenders were super friendly and knowledgeable of their drinks. Highly recommend

Love this place. It’s a vegan gem. The sikil p’aak (pumpkin seed dip) is delicious. Their pre-hispanic dinner series is SO fun! It’s the perfect date night spot. Staff are friendly and attentive.
