Executive Chef Oscar Moreno is the heart and soul behind MeXo. Oscar was raised in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where food and drink plays a vital role in the home and other parts of life. His love of food led him to create a career out of it, working alongside chefs from various parts of the world. Today, he is thrilled to give guests at MeXo a sophisticated, memorable glimpse of his home country and its signature dishes.Our Mission

Sparta (Doric Greek: Σπάρτα, Spártā; Attic Greek: Σπάρτη, Spártē) was a prominent city-state in Laconia, in ancient Greece. In antiquity, the city-state was known as Lacedaemon (Λακεδαίμων, Lakedaímōn), while the name Sparta referred to its main settlement on the banks of the Eurotas River in Laconia, in south-eastern Peloponnese. Around 650 BC, it rose to become the dominant military land-power in ancient Greece.
Great bar and restaurant. Only went there for drinks so can't comment on food. They have a nice selection of Mezcal as well as Tequila. The bartenders were super friendly and knowledgeable of their drinks. Highly recommend

Love this place. It’s a vegan gem. The sikil p’aak (pumpkin seed dip) is delicious. Their pre-hispanic dinner series is SO fun! It’s the perfect date night spot. Staff are friendly and attentive.
