Executive Chef Oscar Moreno is the mind and spirit behind MeXo. Oscar grew up in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where food and drink plays a vital part in family and other aspects of life. His love of food inspired him to make a career out of it, working alongside chefs from around the globe. Trufant is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) in Maple Valley Township, Montcalm County, Michigan, United States. It is 11 miles (18 km) southeast of Howard City, 15 miles (24 km) northeast of Cedar Springs, and 13 miles (21 km) northwest of Greenville. Muskellunge Lake is in the eastern part of the CDP; it drains south through a chain of lakes to Clear Creek and eventually the Flat River, a tributary of the Grand River.
Great bar and restaurant. Only went there for drinks so can't comment on food. They have a nice selection of Mezcal as well as Tequila. The bartenders were super friendly and knowledgeable of their drinks. Highly recommend

Love this place. It’s a vegan gem. The sikil p’aak (pumpkin seed dip) is delicious. Their pre-hispanic dinner series is SO fun! It’s the perfect date night spot. Staff are friendly and attentive.
